Custom projects

Because Brand Alchemy provides custom creative work and reserves production time specifically for each client, project payments are non-refundable once paid — paying is what reserves that time. Time spent on research, concepts, design, revisions, production and project preparation cannot be recovered. Refunds will only be provided where required by applicable law or where Brand Alchemy expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

• The same applies to design credits spent on a project and to revisions you add to a project.
• Before you pay, you see the full price and every design’s details, and you confirm your project direction; quoted work is only paid once you have agreed the quote. If anything is unclear, ask me before paying.
• A payment stays with the service it was made for. It is not transferred to a different service or product, or turned into credit, if you change your mind about what you want.
• If the same project is ever paid twice — for example by card and with credits at the same moment — the extra payment is refunded automatically.

Memberships

Memberships are separate from project payments.

• Monthly memberships are charged at the start of each monthly billing period. Yearly memberships are charged upfront for the whole year.
• Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not refund the period you have already paid for, and nothing is prorated back when you cancel.
• Your membership stays active — with its credits and member discount — until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Unused membership credits remain available for 60 days after the membership ends. Any remaining membership credits expire after that 60-day period. Credits I add to your account myself, or return to you, do not expire this way.
• Switching between monthly plans: Stripe works out the difference for the rest of the current month and adds it to your next invoice, or credits it against your next invoice if the new plan costs less. Nothing is refunded to your card. To move to or between yearly plans, contact me.
• Membership payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where Brand Alchemy expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

Digital products

Digital-product purchases are non-refundable once download/access has been delivered, except for duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, failure to provide the purchased files, or situations where a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

They are delivered as soon as payment goes through, and this is shown beside the button before you pay. If a file is damaged or will not download, contact me and I will put it right.
